Return Policy
"As mentioned in article 1.2 of the Terms and Conditions, due to the customized nature of the products sold by Empire Gems, there is no legal reflection period and no returns once delivery has been made. To further detail the Return and Refund Policy of Empire Gems:
- Products once sold are not returnable.
- Once products are ordered, they cannot be cancelled until Empire Gems has confirmed the cancellation.
- No Refunds."
